A.J. Derby has made up his mind and will announce his college choice at a 4pm Press Conference today at Iowa City High School. Iowa City Press-Citizen's Andy Hamilton says Derby is expected to choose Iowa and explains how a brassy move this summer appears to have paid off for the Hawkeyes. Good news came yesterday for a former Hawkeye basketball player, as the NCAA decided Jake Kelly will be able to play this year for Indiana State. The NCAA waived its requirement for Kelly to sit out 1-year after his transfer within Division 1 “due to his extraordinary personal circumstances.”
